Responsibilities
· The purpose of this role is to propel profitable growth of electronics specialty gases (ESG) revenue by managing customer accounts and product sales as well as to increase sales with existing customers.
· Collaborate with stakeholders both internally and externally to changing market conditions to grow the ESG revenue and profit for country.
· Grow the revenue with existing customers for existing and new products and services leveraging on relationships with customers. Identify potential customers in the electronics segment and complete research on their production process and application needs and position offerings.
· Develop in-depth knowledge of product value proposition. Familiarise with our products, processes and operations, and remain up to date in industry news.
· Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
· Prepare business proposals and negotiate with key stakeholders for new products.
· Identify and connect with key decision makers (initiator, influencer, decider, user) within a customer organization from commercial and technical perspective.
· Engage with customers in supply planning to ensure healthy inventory management.
· Manage ESG products responsibility to ensure all local, state and national regulations are complied with assist in coordinating product, process or engineering changes, or new product launches with the customer to ensure orderly and timely transitions in material flow.
Requirements
· Min 1-2 years sales or related experience in Semiconductor industry preferred
· Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills in order to communicate effectively with customers and senior management.
· Demonstrate sound ability to work with quality and supply chain teams both internally and externally to resolve issues in mainly 3 aspects; business, supply chain and quality.
· Proficient in P/L, costing and pricing analysis.
· Proficient in customer relations, communications and maintain customer contacts.
· Proficient in managing customer needs and skilled in commercial negotiation and networking.
· Perform RFQ, PCN and supply planning with customer.
