Job Description:
  • Develop and implement strategies for the Intralogistics division, focusing on warehouse automation and smart factories.

  • Manage business operations, revenue, profit, and efficiency of the Intralogistics segment.

  • Expand markets, acquire clients, and provide consulting on comprehensive intralogistics solutions for enterprises.

  • Coordinate with departments to execute and manage the entire lifecycle of large-scale intralogistics projects.

  • Standardize processes, technical standards, and research emerging technologies such as robotics, smart warehouses, and Industry 4.0.

  • Build and lead the team, representing the company in dealings with clients and strategic partners.

Requirements

  • Have at least 5 years in Sales, including at least 3 years experience in managing a team.

  • Strong knowledge of intralogistics, warehouse automation, smart factory, and internal logistics solutions.

  • Familiarity with systems/technologies such as ASRS, AGV/AMR, Conveyor, WMS/WCS/MES, Robotics, and Industrial Automation.

  • English proficiency

  • Ability to develop business strategies, expand customer base, and provide enterprise solutions.

  • Experience in managing large-scale industrial projects, controlling progress, costs, and risks.

  • Leadership skills for cross-functional teams, strategic thinking, and awareness of Industry 4.0 trends.

  • Strong communication, negotiation
