Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing business opportunities within targeted aerospace markets across the Asia Pacific region.
  • Maintains professional and industrial knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing trade and technical publications, establishing professional networks, participating in professional associations, and attending industry trade shows
  • To supports major programs and strategic product lines by developing customer relationships, advancing capture strategies, and coordinating cross-functional activities across Aerospace divisions.
  • Identify, develop and manage all business opportunities across major aircraft platforms, strategic product lines, and market segments within Aerospace divisions.
  • Lead the development of commercial proposals and negotiation translating them into favourable contractual terms and conditions for company
  • Build and expand strong customer relationships with decision makers within airlines, MROs and OEMs across the region
  • Serves as the liaison and facilitator with customers, divisions, and Regional/Group Marketing to resolve issues and assure customer satisfaction related to cost, product quality, delivery, and performance
  • Serve as an internal consultant and subject matter expert on assigned customers, markets, and business development opportunities.
  • Conduct competitive market research, develop and execute go-to-market strategies supporting strategic growth targets for assigned markets and customers
  • Support cross-division collaboration to pursue integrated aerospace solutions and maximize  customer value proposition

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field more than 10 years of experience in aerospace, business development.
  • Demonstrated experience developing proposals, contracts, capture strategies, and business development plans.
  • Strong understanding of aerospace aftermarket services, including MRO operations, component repair, airline procurement, and customer support expectations.
  • Strong executive-level and customer-facing presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of regional and international acquisition, procurement, and contracting practices.
  • Ability and willingness to travel across Asia Pacific and internationally for customer meetings, industry engagement, and business development activities.
