The Research & Development Department is currently seeking its next R&D Chemical Engineer specializing in Formulation and Surface Treatment.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for leading projects focused on the development of new surface treatment processes within Company Advanced Coatings Business Group. In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

•            Formulating and optimizing surface treatment processes,

•            Defining and validating technical specifications,

•            Providing technical support to sales teams, particularly in promoting our solutions to customers,

•            Supporting customers during industrialization phases through successful operational implementation.

•           You will regularly collaborate with our commercial and technical teams located in different countries.

•            Process formulation and optimization capabilities: Ability to design, test, and adjust technical formulations and processes.

•            Knowledge of technical specifications and industry standards: Rigorous approach to defining, validating, and ensuring compliance with technical requirements.

•            Project planning and management: Ability to structure development activities, monitor progress, and ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.

Requirements:

•           Master's Degree in Materials Chemistry or equivalent

•           3 to 5 years’ experience in leading projects focused on the development of chemistry and surface treatment processes.  Those with coating and plating process experience will be given priority in considering for the job
