Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction activities, from site preparation through project completion.

• Supervise construction, installation and assembly works to ensure compliance with approved construction plans, technical drawings and project specifications.

• Monitor project progress and prepare timely reports to ensure adherence to contractual requirements, project schedules, budgets and quality standards.

• Coordinate project meetings, document key discussions and action items, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding matters.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with relevant statutory regulations, safety standards, quality requirements and established procedures.

• Promote and enforce workplace safety practices and sustainable construction methods throughout project execution.

• Liaise with project stakeholders, consultants, subcontractors and site teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely resolution of construction-related issues.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction project execution and site management in Singapore.

• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, site operations and engineering practices.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Willingness to work on-site and perform rotating shifts as required.
