POSITION SUMMARY

The firm is seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Associate to join its Dispute Resolution Department.   • Participate in research and quality improvement projects
  • Provide training and mentorship to therapists, support staff, and students through case discussions
  • Conduct regular reviews of clinical competency and deliver constructive feedback
  • Mentor therapists and support staff in their professional development
  • Conduct staff appraisals and development plans
  • Address minor staff conflicts or disciplinary issues as needed
  • Cover duties of other Physiotherapists within the team as required
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Team Lead or Head of Department

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Health Science (Physiotherapy)
  • Obtained full registration and licensed by Allied Health Professional Council to practice in Singapore (AHPC)
  • Accredited as a supervisor under the AHPC supervisory framework preferred
  • Completed the I am a Clinical Educator (ICE) by Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) preferred
  • Possess at least 5 years of relevant work experience which includes 2 years' supervisory experience
  • A team player & able to multi-task and work independently
