• Responsible for planning and building the oversized cargo logistics network in Vietnam
• Design warehouse network, line-haul transportation network, and last-mile delivery network
• Develop solutions for network coverage, transit time, and cost optimization

• Develop and manage transportation vendors and regional delivery partners
• Establish vendor onboarding and performance evaluation mechanisms

• Establish product standards, pricing models, and operational standards
• Support key account project development and implementation

• Build SOPs and KPI systems for oversized cargo operations
• Drive standardization across transportation, warehousing, and delivery
• Continuously optimize performance in transit time, quality, and cost

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the logistics industry, including at least 3 years in oversized cargo network planning
• Familiar with oversized logistics network design and cost calculation
• Experience in home appliances or bulky goods delivery is a plus
• Strong project management and resource integration capabilities
• Able to adapt to working in Vietnam
• English/ Chinese proficiency are preferred.
