Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Store & Operations Management: Oversee daily Engineering store’s operations, maintain cleanliness, schedules, performance standards, and ensure layouts comply with company and safety guidelines.
  • Inventory & Procurement: Manage Engineering inventory records, audits, stock levels, purchase orders, and delivery orders while coordinating with suppliers for equipment replenishments.
  • Logistics & Shipments: Track and inspect shipments and deliveries, coordinate with logistics partners, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely, accurate order fulfilment.
  • Project & Technical Support: Support Engineering project’s inventory needs, assist engineers with maintenance or technical tasks, and coordinate materials or parts sourcing when required.
  • Tenancy & Site Management: Ensure compliance with tenancy agreements, update lease records, coordinate site access, and liaise with property management or building owners.
  • Equipment & Warranty Handling: Manage faulty Engineering equipment returns (RMA), warranty claims, and ensure timely repair or replacement to minimize downtime.
  • Administration & Reporting: Handle filing, reporting, scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks to support smooth department operations and projects execution.
  • Support Engineers in administrative such as performing drive tests and technical/installation tasks when needed.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics or Electronics, Telecommunications and  related field with minimum of 2 years in inventory and warehouse management, logistics, tenancy agreement management, telecommunications operation or a similar role.
  • Experience in inventory management, delivery coordination, and project tracking.
  • Experience supporting engineering tasks or managing maintenance projects is a plus
  • Familiarity with RMA processes and warranty claims is an advantage.
  • Experience assisting with basic installations and equipment setups is beneficial.
  • Prior experience operating lifting equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) would be a plus
  • Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and general office software.
