Operations & Deployment Management• Lead daily operations for robotics deployment across multiple sites• Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of robotic systems• Ensure timely delivery of projects in line with client requirements2. Service & Maintenance Operations• Manage field service engineers and technicians• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and service SOPs• Ensure SLA compliance and minimize downtime of deployed robots3. Team Leadership & Workforce Planning• Lead and manage operations, service, and support teams• Plan manpower allocation based on project and maintenance needs• Drive performance management and team development4. Process Improvement & Cost Control• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements• Monitor operational costs, including manpower and logistics• Optimize resource utilization and vendor management5. Client & Stakeholder Management• Act as key point of contact for operational matters with clients• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues6. Cross-Functional Collaboration• Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams• Provide feedback on product performance and improvements• Support pre-sales activities with operational insights |
