Job Responsibilities

• Support engineers in New Product Introduction (NPI) and engineering activities.
• Perform wafer movement, handling, tracking and coordination between process areas.
• Assist engineers in process runs, trials, experiments and data collection.
• Prepare wafers, samples and materials required for NPI activities.
• Assist with basic process and equipment-related activities under engineers’ guidance.
• Record and maintain accurate wafer, process and engineering data.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports, charts and NPI status updates.
• Follow up on wafer/sample status and ensure engineering activities are completed on schedule.
• Coordinate with Process, Equipment and Production teams on NPI requirements.
• Ensure compliance with cleanroom, safety and wafer-handling procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Semiconductor, Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical or related disciplines.
• Semiconductor manufacturing experience is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of semiconductor processes and equipment is preferred.
• Comfortable with hands-on work and wafer handling in a cleanroom environment.
• Good Excel and reporting skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to follow procedures accurately.
• Able to work 12 hour rotating Shift
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
