Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for local delivery lead time analysis and monitoring, driving continuous improvement in service efficiency.
  • Cross-border transit time analysis, tracking operational performance across all stages and proposing improvement solutions.
  • Monitor competitiveness and driving related optimization initiatives.
  • Maintain and update of network planning and related system data to ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinating and follow up on branch / network expansion, relocation and closure activities.
  • Nationwide network planning in Malaysia, including network investment, withdrawal, and resource evaluation.
  • Monitor driving lead time improvement projects and coordinate initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Design, maintain, and optimize of transportation and network planning routes.
  • Prepare periodic analysis reports related to network operations and planning.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year experience in express logistics network planning or related roles.
  • Familiar with logistics network structures, transportation route design, and warehousing / distribution systems, with strong systematic planning capabilities.
  • Strong data analysis skills, proficient in Excel, knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Tableau is preferred.
  • Highly sensitive to key performance indicators such as transit time, cost and capacity and able to identify issues and propose optimization solutions through data analysis.
  • Familiar with express delivery industry operations; experience in competitor analysis is preferred.
  • Good written and spoken proficiency in both Mandarin and English, capable of supporting overseas communication and report writing.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure in a multi-tasking environment.
