Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, leading, and executing marketing strategies and tactics to drive brand growth and awareness within the medical aesthetic product sector. This role carries direct responsibility for key brands within the company's portfolio and includes leading a team across the Vietnam market. The position involves close collaboration with sales and creative teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and the achievement of overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively develop, lead and drive execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights
- Collaborate with regional counterparts to understand and share best practices on branding initiatives
- Deeply understand the dermatology, aesthetics market in Vietnam – trends, and influencing factors
- Lead and manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, content creation, email campaigns, and SEO strategies
- Proactively Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to make informed recommendations for optimization
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners to execute promotional activities and events
- Oversee and proactively drive best in class development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets
- Accountable to manage marketing expenses to ensure campaigns remain within budget
- Market Research & Strategy: Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity to optimize product positioning and strategy
- Reporting & Analysis: Submit regular performance reports and market feedback
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance based on marketing implementation plans
- Develop findings from industry landscape, digital marketing technologies and competitor product offerings to inform marketing strategies
- Develop target profiles and personalized marketing and/or engagement strategies based on data-driven analysis
- Develop omni-channel initiatives to drive engagement with target profiles and improve customer experience
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, from consumer derma/aesthetics or adjacent industry
- Extensive experience in premium consumer segment and understanding positioning, psychology of consumer and buying triggers
- Agency background / mindset with a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Canva
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Growth mindset – demonstrated experience of conversion of challenges into opportunities and outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – understanding and ability to communicate in English
- Understanding of Clinic and stakeholder motivations, influencing factors and “partnership” mindset
- Strong Business acumen & is driven by ROI – with a methodological mindset, to ensure events and investments are profitable, and tracked in detail
