Position: Market Insight & Communication Manager (APAC)

Salary: 90,000 – 130,000 THB

Location: Rayong, Thailand

About the job

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading both Market Communication (60%) and Market Insight (40%) initiatives across the APAC region. This role plays a critical part in strengthening the company brand, supporting business growth, enhancing customer engagement, and delivering actionable market insights that drive strategic business decisions.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the region to develop impactful communication strategies, identify market trends, and support commercial initiatives that contribute to the continued success of our business.

 Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing communication strategies
• Create product and technical content
• Drive digital marketing and lead generation initiatives
• Coordinate trade shows and industry events
• Support branding and corporate communications
• Conduct market insight and trend research
• Provide commercial support to the business
• Perform general administrative support 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Communication, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing communication and/or market research (experience in the plastics industry is an advantage)
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience working with multicultural and cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a regional environment
