Essential Responsibilities:

·       Repair and Calibration of RVI products (Industrial Borescope)

·       Ensure that the assigned task is executed in a timely fashion and in line with Service Center expectations and requirements.

·       Timely execution and completion of standard service reports, quotations and other administrative requirements

·       Good verbal and written English communication skills

·       Demonstrate EHS mindset and compliance.

·       Commitment to quality and service to enhance customer satisfaction.

·       Deliver reports and output documents within defined time with good quality after job execution.

·       Manage enquiry, handle logistics matters

·       Upkeep of rental equipment

Qualifications/Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electronics/Electrical Engineering

·       3 - 5 years of experience

·       Knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing optical or inspection equipment would be an advantage.

·       Technical Skills: Hands on experience of mechanical and electronics repairs

·       MS Office and SAP
