Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations and internal supply-demand coordination.

• Build strong working relationships with business partners.

• Book and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and carriers across sea, air, and land modes

• Negotiate freight rates and service terms; regularly benchmark against market to ensure cost competitiveness

• Track shipments end-to-end and resolve delays, discrepancies, or any issues with a sense of urgency

• Lead the carrier selection process by evaluating carriers against defined criteria covering cost, transit time, reliability, and compliance; maintain an approved carrier list and review it periodically

• Ensure full compliance with applicable trade regulations, customs requirements, and Incoterms

• Coordinate with relevant parties to follow up and resolve complex cargo claims.

• Monitor sales orders and purchase orders across affiliates

• Manage order intake and fulfilment coordination

• Identify demand patterns and flag supply constraints proactively

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in freight, logistics coordination, or trade operations.

• Knowledge in marine cargo insurance and claims handling.

• Familiar with Incoterms 2020.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP (HANA) / SAP Business One system would be an added advantage.
