International Business Operations Department • International Trade Marketing Department • Corporate Marketing Division • Research & Development (R&D) Division • Finance & Accounting Division

 JOB PURPOSE

Ø  Execute the approved business plan to drive international market development and support the company’s long-term global growth strategy.

Ø  Monitor and analyze business plan implementation, provide timely updates, and propose solutions to achieve business objectives.

Ø  Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners, distributors, and customers to strengthen the Group’s position in global markets.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

1. Achieve Sales Targets for Assigned Markets

Ø  Deliver sales targets for assigned markets in line with the approved Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

 2. Manage and Develop Existing Distributors / Customers

Ø  Manage distributors in developing the distribution system in alignment with Company’s strategy and ensure committed sales targets under distribution agreements are achieved.

Ø  Collect and analyze market information, sales channels, and trends, while coordinating with relevant departments/functions, including:

Ø  International Trade Marketing Department to plan and execute promotional activities that drive sales and enhance product/brand visibility.

Ø  Corporate Marketing, R&D, and Finance & Accounting Divisions to propose and support the development of new products based on market demand and corporate strategy.

 

3. Develop Distribution Systems in Assigned Markets

Ø  Identify and develop new distributors, customers, and distribution channels in line with company direction and strategy.

 4. Implement Processes and Policies

Ø  Execute MOU/DA signings with distributors in accordance with sales policies.

Ø  Ensure distributor incentive/reward payments (quarterly and yearly) are processed accurately and on time.

Ø  Prepare action plans and periodic reports in compliance with regulations and deadlines.

Ø  Manage and utilize budgets effectively.

Ø  Comply with company regulations and policies.

Ø  Perform other duties as assigned by direct or indirect managers.

 KEY PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

Ø  Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives in alignment with the approved Annual Operating Plan (AOP)

Ø  Drive sustainable sales growth and support the expansion of international markets, distribution channels, and customer networks within assigned territories

Ø  Develop and strengthen relationships with distributors, business partners, and key customers to support long-term market growth and brand positioning

Ø  Ensure timely execution and compliance of distributor agreements, including Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Distribution Agreements (DA), in accordance with company policies and commercial guidelines

Ø  Support market development initiatives, trade activities, and cross-functional collaborations to enhance sales performance and market presence

Ø  Prepare action plans, business updates, and periodic reports accurately and within agreed timelines to support business planning and operational execution

Ø  Manage business activities and approved budgets effectively while maintaining compliance with company policies and operational standards

 

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

 Ø  Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s Degree

·       Strong English communication skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)

·       Understanding of cultural differences and market demands across international markets

·       Sales system and distribution network development

·       Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
