HR Support & Execution
- Provide practical, contextual HR coaching to supervisors, aligned with company policies and processes.

- Leverage insights and best practices to develop and implement proactive employee relations strategies.
- Champion and reinforce company culture and values.
Data, Insights & Reporting
- Highlight trends, anomalies, and potential risks for review by the site HR Manager.
- Support data preparation for leadership discussions, audits, and workforce reviews.
- Support the rollout of corporate and site-level HR programs (e.g. compensation and benefits policies, succession planning, Workday Learning, talent acquisition, etc.)
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes through data-driven insights and feedback loops.
HR Project & Initiative Execution
- Support HR digitalization efforts, including the migration and maintenance of HR content across sites, to enhance accessibility, consistency of information, and the employee self-service experience.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Minimum Education:
- Degree in Arts/Business/HR/Management, with at least 4 years of relevant experience; or
Minimum Experience:
- Extensive knowledge of local labor legislation, with preferably 3 years of relevant experience in employee/industrial relations.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience within a manufacturing business.
- A strategic planner, trusted advisor, relationship builder, talent champion, and culture & change ambassador.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
