Responsibilities:

• Conduct and share short/ mid/ long term strategies with management
• Work closely with stakeholders of support and operation functions (Demand)
• Work with property agents in consolidating all available sites and other details (Supply)
• Work with respective stakeholders on overall space planning• Initiate and prepare for any lease renewal or warehouse migration
• Prepare Business Case jointly with relevant departments in preparing for approval
• Work with legal department on tenancy agreement and call out any outstanding clauses
• Conduct monthly space planning in management meeting
• Other tasks may include new building construction, BTS , A&A and etc
• Handover the warehouse or properties to Facilities Team

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management or other related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of related working experience preferably in a 3PL environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical skills & presentation skills
• Positive attitude and must be able to adapt to fast-paced environment
