·        Supports Western Australia’s education and training sector through market intelligence, partnership development, and coordinating inbound and outbound visits involving sector stakeholders, Ministers, and senior Western Australian Government representatives.

·        Supports and promotes Western Australia’s international education sector in Indonesia through marketing, stakeholder engagement, and targeted initiatives, enabling Western Australian institutions to access opportunities and deliver outcomes aligned with strategic partnerships.

·        Develops and delivers education and training initiatives aligned with the Western Australia Investment and Trade Plan and relevant strategies such as the sister-state relationship with East Java, including activities of the Western Australia-East Java University Consortium (WAEJUC)

·        Participates in the development and implementation of Invest and Trade Western Australia office systems and business planning.

·        Maintains up to date knowledge of Western Australian, Indonesian and Southeast Asian education trends, economic developments and policy settings to identify opportunities and risks; and support knowledge sharing across the network.

·        Other duties as directed.
