Warehouse Store Coordinator (Cold Room)

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing goods, including receiving, checking, storage, and dispatch within the warehouse.
- Ensure proper inventory control and stock accuracy, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Conduct regular stock counts (daily/monthly) and reconcile any discrepancies against system records.
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare basic reports on inventory movement and warehouse activities.
- Ensure goods are stored appropriately, including temperature-controlled handling for cold room environments.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely fulfilment of orders.
- Highlight and report any stock issues, damages, or inconsistencies to the supervisor promptly.
- Support general warehouse duties and assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Possess at least ‘O’ Levels or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably within food or cold storage environments.
- Basic computer knowledge with ability to handle simple inventory systems and reporting.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills and a willingness to work in a cold room setting.
