Warehouse Assistant (Class 3 & Forklift License Required)

Responsibilities
• Drive company vehicle for delivery and ensure goods are delivered safely and on time.
• Operate reach truck to assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.
• Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Update inventory records and assist in stock checks to ensure stock accuracy.
• Prepare and verify delivery documents such as DOs, packing lists and invoices.
• Ensure proper labelling, marking and handling of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks, maintain vehicle records and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety and compliance with company SOPs.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience.
• Must have experience operating reach truck.
• Must possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and be comfortable driving for delivery.
• Able to perform manual lifting and update inventory records; SAP experience is an advantage.
