1. Familiar with Tape and Reel process for machine Mi Quantum/ STI tsort
2. Strong technical background on equipment
3. Lead equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis for machine downtime.
4. Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance throughput, quality, and equipment efficiency
5. Coordinate with vendors for machine repair, upgrades, and technical support
6. Manage Tape & Reel equipment performance to achieve production output and OEE targets
7. Skill on preparing 8D / FMEA / OCAP / SPC  
8. Familiar with Excel /Word/PPT

Requirement

At Least a Diploma in Engineering

Minimum with 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in Tape and Reel process for machine Mi Quantum/ STI tsort

Skill on preparing 8D / FMEA / OCAP / SPC 

Familiar with Excel /Word/PPT
