Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly demand planning activities by consolidating sales forecasts, analyzing forecast accuracy against actual performance and prior submissions, and reporting key variances to Sales and Supply Chain leadership.
- Align inventory and replenishment plans with sales demand through monthly Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) reviews, MRP analysis, requisition validation, and coordination with suppliers and distribution centers.
- Monitor warehouse and in-transit inventory, track Months of Supply coverage, and proactively escalate supply risks, shortages, delays, or inventory gaps.
- Coordinate with 3PL providers to manage inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, transportation, and delivery operations, while ensuring order fulfillment efficiency and inventory accuracy.
- Oversee customer order management, including sales order creation, urgent order handling, shipment coordination, delivery scheduling, and maintenance of shipping documentation.
- Develop and maintain supply chain process documentation, including lead times, SOPs, work instructions, and end-to-end procedures with 3PL partners.
- Coordinate logistics execution across air, ocean, FCL/LCL, land, and courier shipments by working closely with customers, 3PL warehouse providers, forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and shipment visibility.
- Maintain accurate ERP transactions, stock availability updates, freight coordination, shipping documentation, filing records, and shipment amendment follow-ups.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, customer service, order management, or 3PL warehouse coordination, preferably in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or start-up environment.
- Strong knowledge of customer order fulfillment, inventory coordination, logistics execution, KPI tracking, and South Korea import, customs, and regulatory requirements is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting and analysis; experience with ERP systems, Tableau, macros, Visio, or other reporting tools would be advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in Korean and English, with the ability to work effectively with customers, distributors, internal stakeholders, 3PL providers, and forwarders from Korea.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven, with strong problem-solving skills, urgency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve operational issues.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced start-up environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.
