Supply Chain Business Development Executive

- Promote and sell standardized logistics products, including:
- Standard warehousing solutions (standard pricing & service packages)
- Standard air freight and sea freight lane products
2. Develop and acquire SME customers to expand the company’s client portfolio
3. Identify customer business needs and maintain basic customer profiles and sales records
4. Evaluate customers’ growth potential and identify opportunities for upgrade into Key Account customers
5. Handle daily customer relationship management, contract renewal follow-up, and after-sales support for SME clients
6. Collect customer feedback and coordinate with Operations and Solutions teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
7. Work closely with the Solution team to support the implementation and onboarding of basic logistics solutions.
8. Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals and business development KPIs
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, warehousing, or related industries.
- Candidates with experience in SME customers acquisition or B2B sales are preferred.
- Familiar with logistics products such as warehousing, air freight, sea freight, and transportation services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Able to work independently, proactive in customer development and results oriented.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to identify customer needs and business potential.
- Mandarin speaking, writing ability to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Salary:
