Key Responsibilities 

1. Management & Operations

• Manage and coordinate all Finance/Accounting activities related to the SCM segment. Assign tasks, control workload, and monitor team performance. Track work progress to ensure all finance operations are processed on time.

2. AR / AP & Cost Control 

• Control AR, AP, accruals, and payables/receivables for SCM projects. Track costs, revenue, and profit margins by customer and project. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all logistics expenses.

3. Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze P&L, cost structures, and profitability of SCM projects. Prepare periodic reports and analyze abnormal fluctuations. Issue early warnings and propose solutions to control costs and improve profitability.

4. Compliance & Process 

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal procedures.

5. Team Management & Development 

• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve operational issues. Proactively improve processes to enhance overall efficiency and quality.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably within the logistics/SCM industry.
• Proven experience in team management and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Strong skills in P&L analysis, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in English; fluency in Chinese is a strong advantage.T
• Proactive mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work under high pressure.
