Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution & Technical Support
- Execute assigned automation engineering tasks in compliance with company standards, quality regulations, and project specifications.
- Support the end-to-end project lifecycle: technical clarification, solution concept development, functional specification, design, testing, and commissioning.
- Communicate directly with clients to clarify technical requirements and develop tailored automation solutions.
- Participate in drafting functional specifications, software design specifications, hardware design specifications, and module designs.
- Conduct partial and overall system testing.
- Software Implementation
- Handle system configuration, software programming, and technical documentation.
- Service, Maintenance & Commissioning
- Perform troubleshooting, system analysis, defect rectification, and ongoing support.
- Support or lead commissioning activities at local and regional client sites.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and initiate immediate corrective actions when necessary.
- Continuous Improvement & Growth
- Propose enhancements for work processes, technical solutions, and project workflows.
- Identify personal development goals and training needs in alignment with team leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong technical fundamentals are encouraged to apply).
- High proficiency in written and spoken English for daily collaboration with international stakeholders.
- Experience with at least one core language, such as C#, C/C++, Python, Delphi, or similar.
- Knowledge of databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server (Stored Procedures, Triggers, and scripting)
- Familiarity with tools such as Git, Subversion, Visual SourceSafe, or equivalent version control systems.
