Responsibilities:

• Handle shipping and operational documentation.
• Perform Tradenet declarations for import/export shipments
• Coordinate shipment arrangements and delivery schedules
• Ensure accuracy and timely processing of shipping documents
• Support daily operational and administrative activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in shipping, logistics, or operations support
• Preferably possess valid Tradenet Declaration certification with hands-on experience in Tradenet declarations. Will consider those with no experience as well.
• Familiar with import/export shipping documentation and shipment coordination
• Immediate availability or candidates with short notice period preferred
