Job Description:
Responsibilities:

Brand, Integrated Marketing & Strategic Planning

  • Support the development of annual integrated marketing plans that strengthen brand positioning and support commercial priorities.
  • Oversee key marketing portfolios, including venue campaigns, concerts and live entertainment, sustainability initiatives and selected seasonal or thematic campaigns.

Corporate Communications & Public Relations

  • Lead corporate communications and PR strategies that strengthen reputation with media, industry stakeholders, partners and the wider public.
  • Develop key messages, press materials, executive communications, media responses, FAQs and issues-management statements.
  • Build and manage relationships with media, PR agencies, government-linked stakeholders, industry associations and strategic partners.
  • Support reputation management, crisis communications and corporate narrative alignment across internal and external touchpoints.

Content & Digital Marketing

  • Support content strategy and editorial calendar across website, social media, eDMs and corporate communications channels.
  • Review and guide compelling long- and short-form content including website copy, articles, case studies, brochures, factsheets, sales collateral, presentations and digital campaigns.
  • Drive collaboration with designers, photographers, videographers, agencies and content creators to produce high-quality marketing and communications assets.

B2B Lead Generation & Commercial Marketing

  • Lead the planning and execution of B2B demand generation campaigns that contribute to sales pipeline growth across corporate events, exhibitions, meetings and venue hire.
  • Partner with Sales leaders to shape tactical campaigns and targeted industry initiatives that generate qualified leads.
  • Support international trade shows, industry events and business development activities through strategic marketing collateral, campaign planning and promotional content.

Digital Channels & Performance

  • Support the optimisation of digital marketing channels including social media, website, SEO, SEM and email marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to define and track key marketing KPIs, including campaign ROI, website traffic, lead quality, database growth, engagement and marketing contribution to pipeline.

Partnerships & Stakeholder Management

  • Identify, develop and oversee strategic marketing and communications partnerships that enhance visitor experience, brand visibility and commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate with tenants, organisers, sponsors, media partners and external partners on joint marketing and communications initiatives to drive incremental footfall and reputation outcomes.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders including Sales, Commercial Partnerships, Operations and leadership teams to deliver integrated campaigns and aligned communications.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
  • 8 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, corporate communications, public relations, digital marketing or commercial marketing, with proven experience leading campaigns or workstreams.
  • Experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Exposure to B2B marketing, lead generation or demand generation campaigns would be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, stakeholder management, media relations and communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with marketing analytics and campaign performance metrics.
  • A proactive, commercially minded leader who enjoys collaborating across teams and translating marketing, communications and PR initiatives into measurable business and reputation outcomes.
  • 5 days week
