Position: Senior HR Specialist – Training & HR Automation (2 years contract)

Job Summary

Responsible for leading training and talent development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities, strengthen leadership succession, and support organizational growth. This role also drives HR automation and HRIS optimization to improve process efficiency, data accuracy, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Talent Development

  • Design and implement training and development programs aligned with business needs.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop upskilling/reskilling initiatives.
  • Drive leadership development and succession planning programs.
  • Manage Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and talent review processes.
  • Coordinate learning activities through classroom, online, and on-the-job training.
  • Measure training effectiveness and manage training budgets and external vendors.
  • Promote a continuous learning culture and support internal career development.
  • Monitor and report training and talent development metrics.

HR Automation & HRIS

  • Lead HR process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize HR systems such as HRIS, LMS, and Performance Management systems.
  • Ensure HR data accuracy and develop HR dashboards and analytics.
  • Work closely with IT and system vendors on HR technology improvements.
  • Enhance employee experience through digital HR solutions.

Cross-functional Support

  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders on talent and system initiatives.
  • Support organizational change management and transformation projects.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, governance, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years' experience in Training & Development, Talent Management, or HR Development.
  • Strong experience in learning & development, succession planning, and talent management.
  • Experience with HRIS, HR automation, or digital HR tools is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of LMS, HRIS platforms, dashboards, and AI-enabled HR technologies.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of English in both written and spoken communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI or Power Automate is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and travel domestically or internationally when required.
  • Own transportation is preferred.
