SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE (SOCIAL SERVICES SECTOR)

Location: Eunos  

Salary range: Up to $5,200

Job Description

•            Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes with facility teams

•            Manage employee lifecycle matters (confirmation, renewals, exits)

•            Review payroll outputs and verify leave, claims and allowances

•            Ensure timely regulatory submissions (MSF, NCSS, AIC)

•            Oversee foreign staff matters and compliance tracking

•            Maintain HR systems (HRMS) and ensure data accuracy

•            Support training coordination and compliance tracking

•            Handle employee queries and simple grievance cases

•            Support HR reporting, engagement initiatives and vendor coordination

Requirements

•            Degree holder with 4–6 years of HR operations experience

•            Familiar with payroll verification and HR processes

•            Knowledge of Singapore employment practices (MOM guidelines)

•            Strong attention to detail and coordination skills

•            Able to work independently and support multiple stakeholders

•            Experience in social service/healthcare sector preferred

•            Familiar with MSF, NCSS, AIC submissions is an advantage
