Job Description:

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or related field

  2. ⁠Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in marketing with the last position as Manager, preferably in Beauty/Personal care/Skincare Industry

  3. Proven experience in KOL management, social media strategy, digital ads, CPAS, and market trend analysis, etc.

  4. ⁠Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.)

  5. ⁠Leadership, Analytical, creative, and communication skills

  6. ⁠Work Location: Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ⁠Develop, plan, and execute brand marketing strategies for the personal care/beauty category

    ⁠Manage KOL & Influencer Marketing to build strong brand awareness and customer engagement

  2. Oversee social media campaigns, digital ads, and CPAS performance

  3. ⁠Analyze market trends and competitors to create relevant and competitive brand strategies

  4. ⁠Drive sales growth through e-commerce and marketplace campaigns

  5. ⁠Manage marketing budget effectively with focus on ROI

  6. ⁠Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve business goals
