Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the medical aesthetic skincare product market in Vietnam.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, providing coaching, performance evaluations, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs, ensuring the team consistently achieves or exceeds sales goals.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer accounts to expand the company's market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, aesthetic clinics, hospitals, and distributors.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
People Management:
- Manage the recruitment, training, and development of sales staff to build a highly skilled and motivated team.
- Provide regular feedback and development opportunities to support both individual and team growth.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team environment that encourages continuous learning and improvement.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
- Partner with the marketing team to relay customer feedback and market intelligence.
Customer Engagement:
- Ensure exceptional customer service, promptly addressing customer concerns and providing effective solutions.
- Oversee product demonstrations, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Build long-term client relationships that support retention and repeat business.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the medical aesthetics skincare sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the medical aesthetics market in Vietnam, including regulatory requirements.
- Ability to travel within Vietnam as needed.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
