Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the medical aesthetic skincare product market in Vietnam.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, providing coaching, performance evaluations, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs, ensuring the team consistently achieves or exceeds sales goals.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer accounts to expand the company's market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, aesthetic clinics, hospitals, and distributors.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.

People Management:

  • Manage the recruitment, training, and development of sales staff to build a highly skilled and motivated team.
  • Provide regular feedback and development opportunities to support both individual and team growth.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment that encourages continuous learning and improvement.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
  • Partner with the marketing team to relay customer feedback and market intelligence.

Customer Engagement:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service, promptly addressing customer concerns and providing effective solutions.
  • Oversee product demonstrations, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • Build long-term client relationships that support retention and repeat business.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the medical aesthetics skincare sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the medical aesthetics market in Vietnam, including regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to travel within Vietnam as needed.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.
