🔹 Sales Specialist – Flexible Packaging Materials / Consumables & Films & Food Ingredients

🔹 About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to drive both commercial and technical activities within the processed food sector, focusing on ham, sausage, and processed meat applications.

This role combines food ingredient expertise with Flexible packaging solutions, supporting key customers and expanding the consumables business. You will work closely with leading food manufacturers and contribute to delivering integrated, value-added solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and commercial support for food ingredient applications (processed meat)
• Manage and develop relationships with key food manufacturing clients
• Identify customer needs and propose tailored ingredient & packaging solutions
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Support market expansion through packaging ecosystem solutions (e.g. MULTIVAC)
• Assist in product development and Thai FDA registration process
• Monitor market trends and convert insights into sales opportunities

🔹 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields
• 3–5 years of sales experience in Consumable, Flexible Packaging manufacturing, or food ingredient sales (processed meat preferred)
• Experience in trading companies or flexible packaging industry is a plus
• Knowledge of import/export processes and Thai FDA regulations
• Strong network / connection with food manufacturers in Thailand
• Proven track record in B2B sales / solution selling
• Good communication skills in Thai and English
• Independent, proactive, and hands-on working style
• Willing to travel domestically and occasionally regionally
