Sales Director (Intralogistics/ Smart Warehousing Automation)

Develop and implement strategies for the Intralogistics division, focusing on warehouse automation and smart factories.
Manage business operations, revenue, profit, and efficiency of the Intralogistics segment.
Expand markets, acquire clients, and provide consulting on comprehensive intralogistics solutions for enterprises.
Coordinate with departments to execute and manage the entire lifecycle of large-scale intralogistics projects.
Standardize processes, technical standards, and research emerging technologies such as robotics, smart warehouses, and Industry 4.0.
Build and lead the team, representing the company in dealings with clients and strategic partners.
Requirements
Have at least 5 years in Sales, including at least 3 years experience in managing a team.
Strong knowledge of intralogistics, warehouse automation, smart factory, and internal logistics solutions.
Familiarity with systems/technologies such as ASRS, AGV/AMR, Conveyor, WMS/WCS/MES, Robotics, and Industrial Automation.
English proficiency
Ability to develop business strategies, expand customer base, and provide enterprise solutions.
Experience in managing large-scale industrial projects, controlling progress, costs, and risks.
Leadership skills for cross-functional teams, strategic thinking, and awareness of Industry 4.0 trends.
Strong communication, negotiation
