About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead and grow a logistics / freight forwarding business. This role will oversee full operations, drive revenue, and manage overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall business operations and strategy execution
• Drive revenue growth and manage full P&L
• Oversee cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance)
• Develop and expand client base and market presence
• Provide leadership and direction to department heads
• Report directly to senior leadership

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in logistics / freight forwarding
• Strong background in sales and business development
• Proven track record in P&L management
• Leadership experience managing multiple teams
• Strong network in logistics industry preferred
• Good command of English
