Key Responsibilities
- Develop regional GTM plans for corporate/govt sectors, aligned with regional business objectives, and lead market expansion into identified territories and segments
- Build and expand a healthy sales pipeline, and identify cross-market opportunities
- Establish and oversee KPI target setting and achievement across all countries' Corporate and Government sales departments, through monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews
- Develop and harmonize a shared sales playbook across countries, standardize CRM usage and sales methodologies, and facilitate best-practice exchange regionwide
- Mentor country Corporate & Government Department Heads and build succession pipelines within the countries
- Partner with business units and regional support functions to align on Corporate & Government needs and ensure productive, compliant sales operations
Job Requirements
- 10+ years in B2B hardware sales, with 5+ years leading multi-country teams in Southeast Asia (Corporate and Government focus)
- Proven track record of growing regional revenue by >25% and managing a team with annual sales of >$150M
- Deep expertise in public sector procurement, enterprise hardware trends, and channel management
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic execution, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent cross-cultural leadership, communication, and influencing skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent
