REGIONAL HR MANAGER (APAC) - SWISS MNC (WFH/ FLEXI-HOURS)

Job Description:

• $8,000 to $10,000 + AWS + 2 Months Variable Bonus

• SWISS MNC

Responsibilities:

Lead talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.

Support compensation reviews, market benchmarking, payroll, and manpower cost planning.

Manage regional HR projects, digitalisation, process improvements, and change management.

Act as HR business partner to regional leaders and provide HR advisory support.

Develop and maintain HR policies, frameworks, and governance standards across APAC.

Support workforce planning, HR analytics, engagement surveys, and HR KPI tracking.

 

Requirement:

  • At least a Degree in Human Resource, Business Admin or related
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience
  • At least 5 years of regional experience in APAC
  • Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts as this role supports APAC region which includes China & Taiwan
  • Estimated 20% of business travelling is required
