Drive regional sales revenue and gross profit across assigned markets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with regional and multinational customers.
Grow business across key trade lanes and industry sectors.
Lead regional RFQs, tenders and cross-border sales opportunities.
Develop and manage strategic customer accounts to grow business and strengthen relationships.
Work closely with Country Heads and local sales teams to support regional opportunities.
Manage the regional sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Work with pricing and operations teams to develop suitable commercial solutions.
Ensure pricing, margins and commercial terms are aligned with company policies.
Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
Coordinate with teams across different countries to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Business, Sales & Marketing or related disciplines.
Minimum 8 years of sales or business development experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
Experience managing regional or multinational customers.
Good knowledge of ASEAN and India trade lanes and market dynamics.
Strong understanding of freight forwarding, logistics and warehousing solutions.
Strong sales, business development and negotiation skills.
Experience handling RFQs, tenders and strategic accounts.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work effectively with teams across different countries and cultures.
Commercially driven, results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ownership and integrity.
