We are hiring a Quality Director to lead regional quality strategy across Asia, driving zero-defect performance and high-reliability outcomes across semiconductor operations.

Based in Singapore, this role partners with global leadership and cross-functional teams to meet customer and business goals.

Job:

• Define and execute regional quality strategy aligned with global objectives
• Lead quality across Asia sites (qualification, audits, change management, CAPA, QMS)
• Manage key customer quality relationships and escalations (8D, RCA, Six Sigma)
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and data analytics
• Build and lead a high-performing, multi-country Quality team

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science (Master’s preferred)
• 12–15+ years in semiconductor quality, including 10+ years in leadership
• Experience in wafer fab and/or assembly, packaging, test
• Strong expertise in 8D, RCA, CAPA, FMEA, SPC, DOE, Six Sigma
• Proven customer-facing leadership and cross-cultural team management
• Strong communication skills; willing to travel across Asia
