About the Role

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-service environment. You will play a key role in leading operational performance, driving service excellence, and supporting the continued growth of an established international professional services business.

Working closely with executive leadership, you will oversee a high-performing offshore team, improve operational efficiency, and help shape the future direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams while fostering a strong performance-driven culture
  • Oversee service delivery metrics including productivity, utilisation, turnaround times, and operational efficiency
  • Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and workflow distribution across multiple client portfolios
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality client service and proactively resolve operational risks
  • Support profitability initiatives through process improvements, operational efficiencies, and performance management
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on business improvement initiatives, systems enhancements, automation, and operational strategy
  • Drive continuous improvement across people, process, and technology functions

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in senior operations leadership within a BPO, outsourcing, shared services, or professional services environment
  • Strong understanding of service-based business models, including utilisation, billable hours, and operational profitability
  • Experience managing large teams through middle managers or team leaders
  • Strong analytical and KPI management skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across different levels and regions
  • Experience within finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or related service environments is highly preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
