• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, tenders and other legal documents
• Advise business stakeholders on legal, regulatory and commercial risks
• Manage customer complaints, disputes, pre-litigation matters and tribunal/court proceedings
• Partner with and manage external legal counsel where required
• Support new business initiatives, regulatory matters and Board papers
• Advise on compliance matters, audits and internal guidelines
• Deliver practical, commercially focused legal advice across the business

• Degree in Law （LLB/JD) from a recognised university
• Admission to the Singapore Bar is essential
• 5–7 years’ post-qualification experience in private practice and/or as in-house counsel
• Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience
• Experience managing disputes and litigation-related matters
• Sound knowledge of Singapore law
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills
• Independent, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• 1 year contract with full benefits
• Able to commence work in Mid-Nov
