Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth across target markets.
- Develop and execute sales plans aligned with the company's commercial objectives.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, solution development, negotiations, contract execution, and account management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and key industry stakeholders.
- Develop and grow strategic accounts while expanding the customer portfolio through proactive business development.
- Manage cargo bookings, capacity planning, reservations, and ensure smooth coordination of customer requirements.
- Monitor shipments and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships, identify business opportunities, and support customer retention.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, commercial analyses, and other management reports.
- Maintain accurate pricing, commercial data, and customer records.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless operational execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and operational standards.
- Participate in business travel, customer meetings, trade events, and professional development activities as required.
- Undertake additional projects and responsibilities assigned by management to support business objectives.
