Job Title: Marketing Engineer / Marketing Officer (Japanese Speaking)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Japanese clients.
• Coordination & Communication: Act as the primary liaison between Japanese customers and internal departments (Sales, Engineering, Production) to fulfill customer requirements.
• Project & Sales Support: Prepare quotations, sales reports, and relevant documentation. Follow up on new projects and business opportunities.
• Client Engagement: Coordinate delivery schedules, orders, and visit clients or attend meetings as needed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support clear and effective communication to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Japanese national (Age 30–45 preferred).
• Currently based in Thailand OR willing to relocate to Thailand.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Sales Engineering (preferably within the manufacturing sector).
• Native Japanese speaker with good communication skills in Thai or English.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively in a team, and travel to visit customers when required.
