Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on IT Manager to lead and evolve our technology landscape in a growing manufacturing business. 
This role combines operational excellence with strategic innovation: ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of all IT systems, while also identifying, developing, and delivering transformative technology solutions.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in modernising our systems environment—potentially including ERP implementation, systems integration, data strategy, and bespoke software development—while championing the use of emerging technologies such as AI to unlock business value.

This is a leadership role for someone who is both technically strong and commercially aware, capable of shaping strategy but equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to deliver robust, practical solutions.

What you’ll bring: 

• Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years in a senior IT management role.
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure management, server administration, cybersecurity, and digital technologies.
• Proven experience managing IT operations within a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, network architecture, data security, and IT governance.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic IT planning, budgeting, and successful project implementation.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to drive digital transformation and leverage AI technologies to support business objectives.
• Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both Thai and expatriate management teams.
