Responsibilities:

1. Provide HR operations support 
   • Provide administrative and operational support to HR team members in day-to-day activities.
   • Assist in the administration of: Appraisal process, Organization & Headcount, Leave & benefits, HR events
   • Raise HR payment in Accounting system
2. HR System operations support 
   • Support the implementation and operational activities of the HR System Project.
   • Assist in HR data preparation, cleansing, validation, and migration activities.
   • Support system verification, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
   • Maintain project documentation, test scripts, issue logs, and user guides.
   • Provide first-level support during system go-live and hypercare periods.
   • Assist in user training, communication activities.
3. Adhoc operations support
   • Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and testing sessions.
   • Track project progress, action items, and follow-up activities.
   • Ensure proper documentation and filing of project-related materials.
   • Support ad-hoc HR projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned. 

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field with 1-2 years experience in HR administration, HR operations.
• No experience welcome to apply as on the job training provided. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
• Added advantage with AI, Power automation tools skills 
• Meticulous with data accuracy and documentation.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• 5 days week, Direct contract with MNC
