Job Description:

Responsibilities: 

Learning & Development Administration

  • Provide end-to-end administrative support for training activities
  • Coordinate training logistics (scheduling, enrolment, venues, materials, attendance)
  • Manage course registrations and communicate with participants
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records in HR systems (e.g. Workday)
  • Track training attendance and completion status
  • Support onboarding and orientation programme logistics

L&D Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare and maintain regular training reports and dashboards (e.g. attendance, completion rates, training hours)
  • Track training KPIs and generate insights for management reporting
  • Maintain training databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Support analysis of training data to monitor trends and identify gaps
  • Prepare documentation for audits, compliance, and internal reporting requirements
  • Support training grant tracking and claims administration where applicable

Vendor & Financial Administration

  • Liaise with training vendors for scheduling and coordination
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and payment tracking for training activities
  • Maintain proper documentation of vendor engagements and training costs
  • Track training budgets and expenditure records

People Experience Operations

  • Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and coordination of training activities, while providing operational support across employee lifecycle and PX projects/ initiatives.
  • Support PX activities, contributing to smooth delivery of PX services and initiatives across the organisation.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to Business Partnering team
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding logistics and documentation
  • Support data collation and reporting for BP-related activities
  • Respond to PX queries or direct them to relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in HR/Business Administration with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-spaced environment and managing competing priorities.
  • 6 months contract with benefits + pro-rated completion bonus
