Job Description:
  • 6 - 12 months contract with full benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Support HRBPs in day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits)

  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies and procedures

  • Assist in performance management processes, including documentation and tracking

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications

  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations

  • Coordinate end-to-end training activities (scheduling, logistics, attendance tracking)

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training vendors

  • Maintain training calendars and learning management systems (LMS)

  • Track training effectiveness, feedback, and completion rates

  • Support development of training materials and learning content

Requirements:

  • Dip/Deg with 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a HR generalist role

  • Knowledge in Employment Act, HR applications and statutory requirements

  • Good knowledge in advanced MS Excel and IT savvy

  • 5 days week 8.30am - 6pm daily onsite

  • 1 x 6 months contract, 2 x 12 months contract. All contracts come with full benefits including completion bonus
