Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute short, medium, and long-term business strategies for the Vehicle Lifetime Solutions (VLS) division in Indonesia, in line with the regional roadmap.
  • Hold sales and P&L responsibility, including target setting and execution.
  • Develop and manage distribution channels.
  • Drive business concept implementation across key product lines and platforms.
  • Strengthen market intelligence and conduct ongoing market research.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
  • Build relevant business fields and customer structures for VLS Indonesia.

Product Management

  • Identify gaps or opportunities for product range expansion.
  • Oversee creation of product catalogues.
  • Provide technical training and support to customers.
  • Manage warranty administration.

Marketing

  • Monitor competitor activity and conduct market and customer surveys.

Supply Chain & Logistics

  • Improve lead time and delivery reliability.
  • Optimize inventory and operational costs.

Management & Administration

  • Lead the VLS team in Indonesia.
  • Collaborate with the regional VLS team to ensure profitability of the Indonesia VLS business, including key financial metrics.
  • Manage budget planning and expense control.
  • Follow internal approval and governance guidelines.
  • Act as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams involved in VLS Indonesia.
  • Build, structure, and grow the VLS Indonesia organization — including team development, knowledge building, and culture — while taking on additional tasks as needed based on business requirements.

Candidate Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • At least 15 years of relevant work experience, ideally within the automotive aftermarket industry.
  • Experience working in a global organization with a matrix structure.
  • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience.
