Job Responsibilities

1. Plan, develop & implement new value chain solutions
   • Gather & evaluate market intelligence (Industry trends, competitors’ services & solutions)
   • Gather feedback on products and services being offered by distributors & dealers
   • Gain a deep understanding of current services and solutions, identify and fill service gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve services and solutions
   • Present findings, strategies/solutions, project updates and progress reports to relevant stakeholders
   • Support translation of strategy into detailed project plan and requirements
2. Execute key projects with cross functional teams to drive revenue and growth
   • Responsible for project execution and ensuring that the project delivery is as planned and in line with its target date
   • Measure and evaluate the strategy’s effectiveness
   • Provide support to regional focus strategies for both short/mid-term
3. Department volume and profit Forecasting and meeting co-ordination
   • Perform profit calculations by model/country for Regional Fleet Rebate scheme
   • Co-ordinate/planning of meetings with key stakeholders

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year working experience in business related field (IT, Sales and Marketing), No Experience are welcome to apply
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Marketing
• Good business acumen and able to conceptualize strategies
• Demonstrate innovative, creative and strategic thinking abilities
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• Meticulous, self-motivated, team-work spirit and able to work under pressure
• Good initiator with strong multi-task and time management skill
• Strong presentation, communication ability (both written and spoken) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and effectively collaborate with all level of stakeholders across functions and get buy-in on key decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and multicultural environment
• Open to travel for business
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PPT, etc.)
• Advantage if have pricing, profit management, product management, project/business planning, and market research experience
