Finance and cost coordinator

· Take full ownership of financial reporting, closing, and accuracy.
· Manage the complete accounting cycle (AR, AP, GL, Tax, Fixed Assets).
· Establish discipline in month-end closing and reporting timelines.
· Implement strong internal controls and financial processes.
· Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking.
· Take control of product costing, margins, and cost structures.
· Analyze variances, KPIs, and operational performance.
· Preparing monthly write-up reports for cost performance and KPI summary reports.
· Ensure ERP data integrity and fix inconsistencies.
· Work closely with production, engineering, and management.
· Develop, review, and maintain standard costing and BOM structures.
· Identifying errors in work center BOO/BOM and working with Engineering to correct them.
· Act as the key contact for auditors, tax authorities, and compliance.
· Support decision-making on pricing, cost optimization, and investment.
· Other job assignments.
